Lent invites us to slow down, clear space, and listen for the Holy in the quiet places.
This year, MacArthur Park Lutheran Church will host Embodied Grace (A yoga and Christian spirituality community) who will be offering two chair yoga sessions shaped by the Christian mystics — a gentle path of purgation, presence, and becoming.

We’ll move, breathe, and pray with voices like Evagrius, Julian of Norwich, St. John of the Cross, or Meister Eckhart.

No experience needed and the sessions are free. Just bring your breath, and your honest self.
